Power Flushing

One of the main causes of valve damage and premature boiler failure is the accumulation of debris
and sludge within heating systems. This build-up can accumulate just about anywhere within
plumbing systems; radiators, pipework and heat exchanges. Initially, this will present as a less
efficient system, with a poorer transfer of heat and noticeable cold spots. But this increased
pressure and continued build-up can progress to more severe issues, such as control valve damage
and, ultimately boiler failure. Of course, this then becomes a serious and costly issue, and we aim to
help our clients avoid this with power flushing.

Power flushing is a popular and effective method of cleaning and maintaining a central heating
system. A power flushing unit sends water at high velocity through the system to dislodge and
remove debris, limescale, and sludge build-up. A thorough power flush will improve heat distribution
throughout the property, subsequently lowering household energy bills and increasing system
reliability. You will also avoid the need for expensive replacements down the line.
